Protect from frost.  Shaggy gray bark.

Master Gardener Comments

Easy care, good in arrangements, native to Australia. Add leaf mold to acidify PH, and break up clay soil.  Water for the first year, low water usage. 

Varietals

Ruby Glow’, ‘Gaiety Girl’,’ Pink Pearl’ are double flowered varieties

L. Laevigatum, grows to 30’, L. rotundifolium grows to 9’  - ‘Mannings Choice’
