The Program: Join us and unravel the mystery of growing garlic and onions! Shop in a market and you may find one or two kinds of garlic; onion varieties are frequently just as limited. But, if you grow your own alliums you open the door to new flavors, shapes, colors and culinary uses of these savory vegetables. We will discuss the best cultural practices for growing these cool season gems in your garden and how keep them producing for months.
