online ,
Contact: Linda Aldrich: laldrich@marincounty.org
Sponsor: UC Marin Master Gardeners
Details:

Program: You too can easily transform your lawn or patch of weeds into a beautiful garden, while potentially saving money and creating a wildlife habitat! It just takes some cardboard/newspaper, compost/mulch, and a bit of time and you are on your way!

This is an online event offered through the Marin County Free Library via Zoom

Speaker: Diane Gasson became a UC Marin Master Gardener in 2016, and has resided in Marin for 25 years. Diane enjoys gardening in the various microclimates Marin has to offer. Over the past 17 years, while living in Indian Valley, Novato, she has transformed her property into a bee/butterfly habitat, vegetable garden, and park-like oasis (or, so she has been told). She enjoys sharing her personal experiences with the community, helping with school gardens, and encouraging her Girl Scout troops to get out in nature.

Cost: None
