The Program: Come join us for a workshop presented by the Falkirk Demonstration Gardens and the Marin Master Gardeners Native Plant Guild. The focus of this workshop is to learn about California native plants and how to attract native birds, bees and butterflies.

Registration: 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM
Workshop: 10:00 AM to noon
Light snacks and beverages will be provided

The Speakers
: Bob Mauceli has been a Master Gardener for 16 years including six years in Marin County. Among other activities, he is co-chair of the Native Plants Guild and has been an active birder for more than 40 years. Bob has converted a former barren hillside in Novato into a large habitat garden using mostly native plants.

Bonnie Marks is a Marin Master Gardener who has been gradually introducing native plants into her San Rafael garden. She helped establish the Native Plants Guild and serves as co-chair. Bonnie is dedicated to helping Master Gardeners and the public learn about and use native plants in their gardens.
